What We Collect, And Why.

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address (country, address lines, city, state or region, and postal code). We need these to make the piece to the right specification, to reach you about the order, and to deliver it.

When you send an enquiry — contact, custom, wholesale or corporate gifting — we collect the name, email address and any other details you choose to put in the form, including any file you attach.

If you add personalisation, the initials, name or date you supply are held with the order because they form part of the manufacturing specification.

This site loads analytics and advertising scripts that set cookies and collect usage data: Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Pinterest Tag, TikTok Pixel, and Vercel Analytics. These record things like pages visited, approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived at the site.

Those services are controlled by the companies that provide them, and their own privacy policies govern what they do with that data. You can block them with browser settings or an ad-blocking extension; the site works without them.

Your cart and wishlist are stored in your own browser, not on our servers.

We do not see or store your card details. Card payments, where offered, are handled by Stripe, which takes the card details directly and processes the payment. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the order reference, not the card number.

For Cash on Delivery orders no payment details are collected at all — payment happens on delivery.

To make and deliver your order, and to contact you about it. To respond to enquiries. To meet accounting and tax obligations. To understand how the site is used, through the analytics named above.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it, and any that we do send carries an unsubscribe link.

Production is commissioned, so a workshop or material dealer will receive what they need to make or supply your order — the specification, and your delivery details where they ship directly. They receive what the job requires and no more.

Couriers receive your name, address and phone number in order to deliver. Payment processors receive what they need to take a payment. Our hosting provider processes the site's traffic.

We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back to it.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we are required to keep it — an invoice against a completed sale, for example.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will act on it.

You can refuse cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of analytics with a browser extension. Doing so does not stop you ordering.
