Nothing on this site is made in advance. When you order a handmade piece, it is commissioned to a specialist workshop in the leather, colour and size you selected, and production starts once the order is confirmed.

That is why the choices you make at checkout matter: the piece is built to them. Raw hides and rugs are sourced to order from material dealers rather than made, and are subject to what a dealer holds in the size and grade required.

Handmade pieces take 14 business days to make, then 3–5 days in transit within Pakistan or 7–14 days internationally. Business days exclude weekends.

These are estimates given in good faith, not guarantees. Public holidays, customs clearance and courier delays can extend them. If an order is running materially late we will tell you rather than let the date pass quietly.

For raw hides and rugs we confirm a date with you before taking payment, because availability depends on the dealer's stock at the time.

Leather is a natural material. Grain, tone and markings vary between hides and between batches of the same colour, and screens render colour differently. Reasonable variation of this kind is a property of the material, not a fault, and is not grounds for return.

Raw skins vary further: size, shape and thickness differ from one skin to the next, so a skin you receive will not be identical to one pictured.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the piece as specified. They do not include import duty or taxes charged by the destination country on international orders — those are set by that country and are payable by the recipient.

Where card payment is available it is processed by Stripe. Where Cash on Delivery is offered, payment is made on delivery. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a price is listed in obvious error, or where an order cannot be fulfilled — and where anything has been paid, it is refunded in full.

You can cancel before production begins and receive a full refund. Once a piece has entered production it has been cut to your specification and cannot be cancelled, because the material has been committed.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel — the earlier you reach us, the more likely the order can still be stopped.

Unpersonalised pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unworn condition. Personalised pieces are final sale, because a piece marked with your initials or a date cannot be sold to anyone else.

If a piece arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match what was ordered, we replace it and cover the cost of doing so. That is our responsibility, not yours.

Where a return is a change of mind rather than a fault, the cost of returning the piece is yours.

Bulk, private-label and custom production are agreed separately in writing, and those terms take precedence over this page where they differ. Quantities, samples, lead times and payment stages are set per project.

Every photograph, illustration, product description and page of copy on this site is the property of Hudas Leather and is protected by copyright. The images are our own photography, produced for this catalogue, and they carry our mark and our ownership details inside the file.

They are not stock imagery and they are not licensed for reuse. Copying, reproducing, re-uploading or hotlinking them — including for a marketplace listing, a competing shop, a resale page or an advertisement — is not permitted without our written consent, and we pursue it.

Retailers and partners who need photography for a listing should ask. We will usually say yes and send you files made for the purpose.
