Bags take more punishment than anything else in a wardrobe. They get overloaded, set down on wet ground, and carried every day for years, so the things that matter are structural: how the base is reinforced, how the straps are anchored, and whether the leather is heavy enough to hold its shape when the bag is empty.

Every bag here is commissioned once you order it, in the leather and colour you choose. Full-grain polished cowhide is the usual choice for briefcases and holdalls, where firmness keeps the shape; sheep leather suits softer, more relaxed pieces. Crocodile- and snake-embossed finishes are available across the range where you want the pattern.

Because each one is made to order rather than pulled from stock, expect 14 business days to make, then 3-5 days in transit within Pakistan or 7-14 days internationally.
