Every piece is made to order, so nothing ships from a shelf: 14 business days to make, then 3–5 days in transit within Pakistan or 7–14 days internationally. The estimate on each product page is calculated from today’s date.
Your order is checked and the specification — piece, leather, colour, size and any personalisation — goes to the workshop. Nothing is made in advance, so this is where the clock starts.
The piece is cut, stitched and finished to that specification. Business days mean Monday to Friday, so 14 business days is roughly three calendar weeks. Public holidays can add to this.
Every piece is checked against the specification it was commissioned to before it leaves. Anything that does not meet it is remade rather than sent.
Shipped with tracking. Delivery within Pakistan takes 3–5 days; international orders take 7–14 days, and can take longer where customs clearance applies. Any duties or import taxes are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.

Skins and rugs are sourced to order from our material dealers rather than made, so they do not carry the 14-day making time. Because availability depends on what a dealer has in the size and grade you need, we confirm a date with you before taking payment rather than quoting a figure we cannot stand behind.
Unpersonalised pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unworn condition. Personalised pieces are final sale, because they are made to a specification that cannot be resold. If a piece arrives damaged or does not match what was ordered, we replace it — that is on us, not on you.
